Real-Time Scheme Monitoring Across 30 Districts

A state planning department was compiling scheme performance data from 30 districts the way most government offices still do: spreadsheets, phone calls, and a reporting cycle that took weeks to turn into a number a Principal Secretary could actually act on. By the time a gap showed up in the numbers, it was already old news.

The problem

Scheme monitoring at state scale means chasing data across dozens of district offices, each on its own cadence, each in its own format. Consolidating it into something a Chief Minister's office could review meant a manual compile-and-reconcile cycle that ran for weeks — long enough that the picture was stale before it reached anyone who could act on it.

The build

We deployed a Chief Minister Dashboard on top of our Command Center platform: district offices feed data in continuously instead of on a reporting cycle, and the dashboard rolls it up into one live, department-wide view. No spreadsheet handoffs, no waiting for the next compilation window — the same data a district officer sees updates on the Principal Secretary's screen in real time.

The outcome

"The Chief Minister Dashboard delivered by Technocracy transformed how we monitor schemes across 30 districts. Real-time data that used to take weeks to compile is now available in seconds. Exceptional team." — Suresh Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Planning — Govt. of Odisha

What used to take weeks now updates in seconds, across all 30 districts, on one screen.
